Making a purchase is simple. Browse our online shop and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to buy to your basket. When you have finished selecting your items, click on the ‘Checkout’ button and you will be asked for the details required to complete your order.
We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the transaction to your local currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay and Klarna. Orders can also be placed and paid for by telephone.
Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
When you receive confirmation of your order, this indicates we have received it, not that a contract exists between us. We will confirm acceptance of your order once payment has been processed. We include this term to protect us in the event that a pricing error has occurred, an item is underpriced, or a product becomes unavailable. If prices need to be amended, we will always contact you before proceeding.
Orders received before 10am Monday to Saturday for UK delivery will be delivered the same day if required.
Orders with a specified delivery date will be delivered on that date, provided they are received before the same-day cut-off time.
Orders placed for delivery on a public holiday will be delivered on the next working day. Online deliveries are available within the UK only. For overseas delivery, please telephone us.
No timed deliveries are available, except for funeral tributes and weddings.
Please telephone us if you require an urgent or emergency delivery.
If you require particular flowers, please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not home, flowers or plants are returned to the shop and a delivery note is left advising collection.
If a neighbour is available, we may leave the flowers with them, provided they are willing to take responsibility.
If the recipient is unable to collect their flowers or plant, a new delivery date will be arranged at the earliest convenience.
Budding Floral Designs Ltd is not responsible for theft or damage if items are left unattended.
We take great care with our flowers to ensure freshness and quality at all times.
All orders include 20% VAT.
Credit card security: all payments are encrypted using 256-bit encryption. Card details are only decrypted after reaching our systems and are never stored in clear text.
